I was driving on an unpaved back-country road at about 50mph. Suddenly there was something in front of my driver’s-side headlight. I didn’t see it until it was there….. I didn’t see it running across the road. It was like it just showed up (poof). It was traveling to the left. I caught that glimpse of it and then it was gone. I had hit the brakes when I saw it, so I was then going around 20 mph and looked in the direction it went and saw nothing. It was flat, salt-grass prairie with no trees so I should have been able to see it. At the time with the knowledge I had, the only name I had for it was “werewolf”. Now I would call it “Dogman”.
DESCRIPTION:
It was a bipedal, black “wolf”. Its legs were really skinny, backwards looking, and it was hunched over so that the arms hung low. It was at least 5 feet tall bent over like it was. If it was standing, I would guess it would gain at least a foot and a half. It had a thick torso, but not too thick, with long hair like a small cape across the shoulders and upper back down to the end of shoulder blades. The rest of its body was covered with short hair, or almost hairless. It had a shaggy tail.
